Karen Langdon
I am a physiotherapist, with over 25 years experience in all areas of physical rehab, and with all ages. My special interest areas are musculo-skeletal and respiratory conditions, including disordered breathing and hyperventilation.
I am a qualified pilates instructor teaching local classes and individual sessions. I also have many years of experience in various massage techniques and find myofascial release particularly helpful for people.
I have a passion for helping people become as fit and well as can be and I look forward to helping you on your journey to becoming fit and well!
I am based in central Whangarei, Northland and also in the Parua Bay & Whangarei Heads area.
